Waller County Thoroughfare Plan

Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is assisting Waller County with an update to its Thoroughfare Plan, originally adopted in 2019. This update will provide a coordinated framework for transportation improvements, support planned growth, enhance mobility, and strengthen regional connectivity.

The update focuses on Waller County’s major roadways and corridors, including key cities and surrounding areas, ensuring transportation planning aligns with both local and regional needs.
