Spring 2021
Regionally Coordinated Transportation Plan Update has finished this stage- Develop project vision, goals, and objectives
- Begin Provider Inventory. The Provider Inventory contains key information about all of the known transportation providers in the region, including public transit agencies, community organizations that provide transportation services, taxi companies, and more
- Begin Needs Assessment. The Needs Assessment uses demographic and economic data, along with public engagement efforts, to paint a picture of all transportation need in the region, both needs that are currently being met by existing transportation options and those that are not.

Summer 2021
Regionally Coordinated Transportation Plan Update has finished this stage- Complete Provider Inventory
- Public Outreach Phase I, including public survey and virtual interactive outreach events
- Complete Needs Assessment
- Begin Gaps Analysis. The Gaps Analysis builds on the Needs Assessment, using data and public outreach to determine the unmet transportation needs in the region, learn more about the barriers to meeting those transportation needs, and determine which gaps are most urgent to address

Fall 2021
Regionally Coordinated Transportation Plan Update has finished this stage- Complete Gaps Analysis
- Public Outreach Phase II, including a series of focus groups about transportation needs and barriers
- Begin Financial Analysis, which looks at all of the resources available to fill the gaps identified in the Gaps Analysis, and proposes ways to most efficiently use those resources to address gaps in the transportation network
- Begin developing a set of recommendations to improve transportation services in the region

- Finalize recommendations to improve the region's transportation network
