The Pearland Mobility Study is a holistic analysis of the City’s transportation network. The Study will investigate safety, connectivity, network efficiency, and integration of multimodal facilities. It will incorporate public engagement to better understand where existing congestion and safety issues are and where improvements should be prioritized. It will determine existing and future needs based on existing conditions analysis, the recent update to the Future Land Use Plan and potential buildout scenarios. The Study will result in a Mobility Plan that includes an action plan, traffic management plan and updates to the Pearland Thoroughfare Plan.

More sidewalks and safe places to cross the street added around Fite and Manvel roads would be nice. I’m tired of almost getting run over while walking in the bike lane.

Sidewalks needed from green tee/country club intersection down to independence park. There is not one solid line of sidewalks from the green tee/country club stop sign down to the park.

Add sidewalks on Broadway after Dixie farm road. I live in Riverwalk neighborhood, on the border of friendswood. Our area is not all walkable. We don't have a sidewalk that even extends to our neighborhood entrance.
