Montgomery County Precinct 2 Commissioner Charlie Riley and the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) established a partnership to conduct a mobility study in Precinct 2. The goal of the study is to develop a safe, well-connected and efficient multi-modal transportation system, achieved through coordinated public and private investments, that promotes orderly growth and provides adequate mobility for people, goods and services. The Study will result in a transportation plan that will recommend short-, medium- and long-range transportation projects that can be built as funding becomes available.
NOTE: This is the project page for the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Mobility Plan NOT the 2021 Montgomery County Thoroughfare Plan update. These are two different projects. Please contact your County Commissioner for more information on the County Thoroughfare Plan update.
