Welcome to the page for Montgomery County Precinct 4! Here you will find precinct-specific surveys and information all pertaining to Precinct 4.

Precinct 4 covers much of eastern Montgomery County, including New Caney, Porter, and surrounding communities. This historically rural precinct has seen significant population growth in recent years due to new residential development and improved regional connectivity. This connectivity includes US 59 / I-69 as the primary north–south transportation route through the Precinct and three major corridors of east-west connectivity: SH 105, SH 242, and SH 99 (Grand Parkway).

We recognize that Precinct 4, long defined by its rural character, is now undergoing rapid growth that is reshaping its future. As we build precinct-specific goals, tied to the countywide plan, we will work with residents to explore how this change should be managed. We will invite the community into this discussion directly to ensure that residents’ voices set the priorities and values that make Precinct 4 distinct.
