As a primary gateway into Montgomery County, Precinct 3 is defined by its regional connectivity. Major corridors such as I-45 and the Grand Parkway (SH 99) bring significant commuter traffic and contribute to continued population growth, largely driven by the Precinct’s proximity to the greater Houston area.
As we develop a cohesive plan for Montgomery County, Precinct 3 offers an opportunity to build on its well-established and highly connected environment.
